By signing up for the AirBrowz services or any of the services of AirBrowz Mobile Technologies Inc. (“AirBrowz”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). The services offered by AirBrowz under the Terms and Conditions include various services to help you promote expose and sell goods and services to buyers, whether online (“Online Services”), in person (“POS Services”), or both. Any such services offered by AirBrowz are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the “Services”. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Services shall be also subject to the Terms and Conditions.. AirBrowz reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to the AirBrowz website. You are advised to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement, including AirBrowz’s Privacy Policy before you may become an AirBrowz user.

Included in our Terms and Conditions, as a business/partner/consumer of the AirBrowz mobile platform you acknowledge that:

You will not submit Reviews/Comments that are intended to promote or incite violence.

You will not submit Reviews/Comments that are unlawful or otherwise objectionable including but not limited to, reviews/comments that are abusive, threatening, harassing, harassing, and defamatory, ageist, sexist, pornographic, or racist.

You will not include links to other web sites containing any of the above types of Content.

You will not impersonate other people, particularly employees and representatives of AirBrowz or our partners/associates/affiliates. The means by which you identify yourself must not violate these terms of use or any applicable laws.

You will not use our Application for unauthorized mass-communication such as “spam” or “junk mail”.

AirBrowz reserves the right to monitor any and all reviews/comments made using our Platform.

AirBrowz does not screen Reviews/Comments submitted by Users prior to appearing online.

We retain the right to exercise our sole discretion to remove or relocate any Reviews/Comments, as we deem appropriate without the consent of the author.

AirBrowz does not tolerate spam. If you receive unwanted or unsolicited email from an AirBrowz client, please contact us at

Your contact details will not be shared with anyone other than the business that your Reviews/Comments has been directed to and you accept that we may reply to you through the AirBrowz application and/or contact you via email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirBrowz accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the AirBrowz Platform/Application or any information contained therein. Users should be aware that the use of the Application and its Content is at their own risk.
